I agree that the story about any slam dunk patent infringement stuff sounded bogus all along, as if some one is violating the patents, why do we need to make a proof of concept device, as it would already exist?
Patent infringement is no slam dunk in most cases nor is this one in my expert opinion... And lawyers are way too expensive unless you are protecting hundreds of Millions or billions of dollars of existing product value and revenue like Google and Apple and Samsung and so on.. and that takes years and years to litigate and $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$sss
We just need some high grade low cost lipstick to relight the fires here and filings.... Then see what they can actually pull off...
