could the “awful inventory management” be related to JT trying to tie us all available supply of API to keep it away from the Generics

I do not rule out (totally) that is was the "idea", but it makes the case worse ...

But I do not think: as we see the purchase commitment is all time low* ... meanwhile - due to EU / China - more likely they will sell more bottle than ever.

* btw: due to this I still do not think they involve any new supplier recently (e.g. BASF)

Something I believe Amarin is currently being sued for.

Yes ... since you could sue anybody for anything ... totally baseless.
