The s-1 process appears to be coming to an

end, finally… based on a little bit of dd from quickly

reviewing all the amended s-1’s… there was one

submitted on 7-20…. And then another QUICKLY re-

submitted on 7-22-2022… the amended S-1 on 7-22

looks completely different then all the other amended

S-1’s…. It’s also the shortest with a letter from auditors/

accountants…. it’s almost as if the sec said… ok, that’s

enough, we have read this plenty, just give us the final

certification letters and we will finally approve it.
