Yeah it seems especially odd at this time that they would choose to go dark. I’ll say again that there has been no information released about the business since April 29th, the date of the last phone presentation. I was on vacation last week and found it rather easy to ignore the (lack of) action here, but has anyone tried to figure out whether or not an impending merge or acquisition comes with some kind of gag order or quiet period? I hunted for information on that question a while back and could not conclude anything. And, as one who’s not really a fan of a merge or acquisition I don’t have the gumption to try again although it could be enlightening.
