Agreed, but I think Rory needs capital now, so I could see him doing a capital immediately after the Fest, as long as price is above the $0.75 he did the last one. Of course, warrants will be required.

JMO, the upcoming Fest is not going to move the sales/profit needle. This is more a proof of concept exercise
