I discovered that Kiwa no longer has a presence in the office in California.
Is this part of kiwas plan to focus on growth in China?
Have covid restrictions in China relaxed enough to allow full operations for kiwa?
Is the cooperation with Global Holding Group still happening?

Hi Scott, hope you are doing well. Yes, Kiwa doesn’t hold the office in California, because Kiwa is a Nevada corporation, if there is California office then the company needs to file duplicate Tax Return for both states and the main reason is because Kiwa wants to focus the growth in China at this time. Kiwa is almost back to the full operation, but I heard there is another restriction just started in Shanghai yesterday. Hopefully it would be a fast restriction.

The cooperation with Global is still exist.
