I use a food processor for small batches. Mostly chicken sausage made from thighs.
If I was doing pork, I'd just throw a cubed loin chop in the processor with 2 strips of bacon and pulse. Mix in my spice and chill it. I'd get a few rounds from that .
There isn't much I haven't made sausage out of.
Seafood sausages are great. Still working on a good vegan sausage, although mine do beat the store bought .
Buying quality stocks is the best get-rich-slow scheme. It’s not sexy as a get-rich-quick scheme,
but the probabilities of success are greater.
Remember........ It's better to wish you had bought a
stock, than to wish you hadn't.
