The Judge is absolutely correct. We were screwed. Alice filed a claim based on that fact. Plus, as stated by the Judge, there are no WMI assets.

SOME of us know that the assets are in a Trust. By placing them in a Trust WMI relinguished ownership to the trustee and WMI became a beneficiary. So, everything the Judge said is true.

However, it hardly can be called a "true statement."
