Signing off on 2 years audited financials before major chit happens may be above some pay grades here. Shell status can be applied to many tickers that are not "currently a shell" in the eyes of better legal counsel. Rule 144 was always based on opinion and that applies to current changes as well. Merging one entity into another via public to private or private to public is not a roll of the dice these days. It takes serious business partners that are willing to take restricted stock and pour a ton of energy into the transaction. Something that old Sang Moon Lee never intended to do. That was a dime PPS with almost the same float years ago. A river has been cried over that incident and it's just time to move on. Ben will not make the same mistake twice.
