This will be tossed, as the two previous times before. I live down here, a couple a counties away from Clark. WC has exercised his access to our very honest and tolerant court system. I’m sure our NVSC has a complete history of CW, a history of his involvement and are well aware of the lack of receipt for share purchase and the SEC opinion of his deception and MO.

Hell, if mistakes are found from the previous 2 hearings then this will continue on. But if everything is in order, it’s gonna be tossed, as it should be.

This isn’t NYC, or LA, it’s Desert Justice and you think it’s so big down here these Officers of the Court don’t know each other very well ?
