If if August 11th is a no go...because this is the 3rd time since May it's already on a schedule,I'd say a 1st court date no later than October,this ain't a murder case...lol i.think all judges know this info from Sec info of fraud and the last 2 judges dismiss.he has no real solid receipts of these shares..it will be heard MAYBE and tossed out,or best case for Calrsse it's heard wasting 1 day in court in 1st week October ...Not Not 2023..especially when GS states he has interested merger partner..and Time is of the Essence...

My guess is it may get Tossed out between now and August 11th or on August 11th, or some ham sandwitch offer to settle on or before August 11th...anyway you slice it between now and 1st week October this will be over..Not 2023
