LET ME POINT OUT ONE FACT THAT CHANGES EVERYTHING ABOUT ASSETS RETURNING OR NOT-MOST PEOPLE MISSED

REMEMBER, I ALWAYS SAID A DST WOULD PLAY A PIVOTAL ROLE IN OUR EVENTUAL RETURNS

Before the (ED) Effective Date of March 19, 2012, WMI was changed to a (DST) Delaware Statutory Trust with William Kosturos as DST Trustee using WMI's original (EIN) Employer Identification Number.

So, please do NOT confuse WMILT with WMI DST which is where many assets more than likely have been transferred to because otherwise, there would be no reason for WMI to be alive not to mention no need for a DST. This along with William Kosturos reactivating many subs during the first half of year 2021 with information that follows.

I think the point is getting buried; TPG is making some position changes "entities that had investments in/with TPG are being converted to subsidiaries". Go back and look at the linked thread where doo_dilettante is asking some important questions IMHO. Then pull up some of the links, all resent and ask why. These people ( entities ) have been around for years and now being converted to subsidiaries ..?

I'm not sure anyone knew exactly how this was going to end, and they might still be unsure, but all this jockeying around by people closer to the interworkings might give some insight. At any rate, it does say that these people are finding their seats as the last act gets played out.
