I actually spoke to the clerk a while back, immediately after Calasse appealed to the Nevada S.C. (right after the second denial for reconsideration in the lower court)...She was quite personable and knowledgeable

Also, the settlement conference Sharp mentioned isn't listed on the appeal tracking website. Is that a firm date or did he just pick a random potential date?

I'm betting she (the clerk) could answer that question easily....But I have not asked that question of my wife (or any of the attorneys that she is Paralegal to/for) so I would be guessing if I tried to tell you.


My main concerns previously were if the Calasse appeal could/would hinder the actual merger itself, if "tortious interference" could apply in this case and if George could still move forward with FINRA ie name change and split (which all know the answers to now) ....So that was my main focus in my questioning (of wife and attorneys)...
