The security software and accompanying AI processing implementing zero trust protects from bad actors trying to compromise from outside and maybe even usual access from within the internal network, however would it protect from and prevent an unknown internal instance from punching through in any manner to get data out of the internal network?

I retired about 4 years ago, and even then we had a world class cyber security organization to work with with the deep expertise to investigate and advise.
