I have discussed this with another poster, Bruce lake...and had the same concerns..the weird thing is that before these deals were closed..specifically the last offering..the share price had already deteriorated.....so even if these were offered publically...it would have been stupid to buy the warrants...conclusion was that these deals are consummated long before they are made public...
How can it make sense any other way...
But again.... many things about this company don't make sense to us because we aren't in the loop.
