I have not forgotten, but still can't figure out why they diluted twice. The thing that pisses me off about the 2 sales is they both include long term warrants at very cheap prices.
As I recall the last issue was 5 year warrants @ $ 1. and change.
What really pisses me off is they are not able to be traded OTC US.
