They are listening so they can assist us capably as needed per the opt in agreements we have entered into.

Bad players can obtain and exploit information for their nefarious purposes of course.

Hence the concerns the US and European governments and companies have expressed and acted upon concerning certain telecom equipment vendors such as one that rhymes with Rahway.
