I agree and yes, that's two attorneys who left back-to-back without getting paid by Blankenship. Sharp is interested in EVLI and has Blankenship cornered and with few options.
...and the judge knows Blankenship can't even afford a lawyer (since he has already shown up to her court without a lawyer) much less run a company with shareholders.
Sharp has motions and oppositions pending. How will Blankenship continue without a lawyer. By now any lawyer who does the most basic research on Blankenship who is a convicted felon wouldn't even think of representing Blankenship, plus word must be getting around that Blankenship stiffs his lawyers.
Sharp is in a position of strength - hence the letter he sent Blankenship:
