Do you not understand why pfs was discovered to not be a meaningful endpoint due to pseudo progression that was learned to be a characteristic of what happens to tumors from immunotherapy treatments?

And what would you propose for trial design when dealing with GBM, to stick without a crossover option despite the immoral aspect of dooming those who randomize to placebo? Even the FDA isn’t in favor of continuing that practice, and it’s certainly not in the interest of the trial patients.

But I’m sure you know this and that’s what is particularly damaging.
