Sharp is still interested in EVLI. He always has been if you follow the court docket. I don't believe everything Sharp posts. He posted that WNFT had reached the "promised land" just to tweet a few days later that because of Calasse everything is put on hold until the Calasse court case is resolved. How is putting everything on hold the "promised land"?

He also posted thaf he wasn't interested in EVLI custodianship even if it was offered to him. That turned out to be false since his most recent letter to Blankenship shows interest and the open court docket and motions also proves interest.

Also the claim that EVLI is registered with the SEC was clarified months ago.

I'll say it again. For the time being EVLI is not registered with the SEC but it will continue to be brought up to deflect Sharp's interest in EVLI.
