You hit it on the head that management is arrogant. They seem to think they are smarter than they really are when it comes to business. The non-dilutive financing has created 400,000 shares of dilution as you pointed out. The only people that are making any money on this deal are the convertible debt folks, especially the Company's friend Hoppel. Instead of issuing 400,000 million shares to these convertible debt people, they could have sold 400,000 million shares for say $0.02 which would result in $8 million. At $0.05 that would have been $20 million.

That is not knowing how to run a company and thinking they are smarter than everyone else.
