We are all in now on RESPECT-EPA

Its success doesn't save us completely from the Nissen army of d-bags who will just say that Asian populations are idiosyncratic. But it will stave off any approval retracements, here or abroad (IMO).

Mind you -- all that does is keep us intact in Europe (with our secondary only approvals and ok cost levels) and let us die a normal death in the US.

MITIGATE is a Hail Mary. And I'm not even sure what the next step is if it's successful.
