Oh, please, couldn't care less. This is an empty shell that has nothing whatsoever to offer to the owners of an incoming private company, no cash whatsoever, nothing left over from the stock already trading on the market that will instantly own part of their company. It's just another OTC pump and dump RM, and everybody knows it.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
