Rainbow,

If you guys remember I mentioned Rainbow a long time ago. Rainbows hardware security devices are like a key that plugs into a usb port, similar to Aladans Etoken. I can only believe that it will supplement but not replace a TPM chip.

I had many reasons for NOT buying Wave;

1) I thought they would be broke by October. Because of SSPX, options being exercised and hopefully the warrants that where reduced in price should be exercised, apparently Wave has enough to make it to 05. I was wrong.

2)I did not believe any gorilla would sign on with Wave because of there lack of experience and resources. Intel proved me Wrong.

3)Waves exclusion from the initial HP tpm deployment. Apparently HP seems to have wave listed with some new products and again I was proven wrong.

4) I looked at Wave as being an application provider. I didn't see any of the gorillas giving anything up to wave. If waves suite of secure services was that hot, then those features would be included with future product and software upgrades. Adobe was the first out with the secure document that if I remember correctly utilized the TPM. Not sure if I was wrong yet on this account, but I always thought MSFT would incorporate a lot of waves features in future upgrades.

I believe you all have to get used to seeing the established players moving into the space. I like waves product. Most small business's and serious home computer users don't have access to serious ecommerce security software such as Rainbow. Wave may be the easy accessible solution for the masses. I would buy it. I don't know much about attestation and would hope it's the holy grail you all seem to think it is. One thing I do know is that it is not new or unique to wave. Wave may be the first one to anchor it to a tpm and utilize the technology, but it certainly won't be the last.

Trading: I saw a familiar trader on level 2. Back when we were descending from 50 there was a huge short that would show up on two ecns at a time. He would flash large quantities for brief moments and sell relentlessly. I am almost positive it's the same guy. I remember when the AMD news came out and wave spike back up into the 40's. There where some shorts at Bear Sterns that sold hundreds of thousands of shares into that rally. When my friend asked if they saw the AMD news, there comment was, what news.......I would not be surprised if that is the seller.

I had a lot of concerns about not owning Wave. Most of those concerns are gone. I have been nibling away and have a bunch at an average of 2.63. I will use a stop if this stock craters. If I had noticed that seller, I would have waited a while for him to drive the price down. My trading days have told me all markets return to where they broke out of. That would be at 1.30. If I really believed that I would not be buying now, but will save some dry powder just in case. Well good luck guys...CL
