Is there any chance that what they're really after is a product that combines the DCVax-L vaccine and Keytruda into a single patented product. If that could be done it would be a totally new product, the patent clock would just start to tick and the combination might work better than the two working together but separately. Of course such a product would have to undergo full trials, but with excellent results it could be an abbreviated trial.
