according to Ken Posner, in response to a telephone call by PeteWamu, he does not know of any future, or impending obligations that WMIH (coop) has to pay estate assets to old shareholders outside of the chapter 11 closing...now, even if Posner is evading the questions, it signifies WMIH is not recognizing any stipulations some members of this board are making that impending distributions will take place...the first rule of any business transaction is : Get it in writing and signed....Ken Posner is an executive officer of Coop, so his words are not to be taken lightly, as well as Doreen Logan, an administrator to the WMIL-T... who said the same thing....Lodas
