In speaking with DI it's clear that they want the Journal as much as any of us, but I also believe they realize that they can't put the Annual Meeting off forever. As a guess late August or September is as far as they would take it, I don't believe that they'll get much notice before the Journal comes out.

I believe they'll have a great deal to say after the Journal, but because of the embargo their hands will be tied before it.

As I previously indicated, I believe that they know which Journal will publish, I don't know if they know specifically what's holding it up, but regardless, it isn't something that they control or it would be done.

If the Journal is not out, and if the meeting can be attended live, I agree, it may be contentious. With Covid infections growing I'd not be surprised if they made it a webcast only, and they may, or may not, permit direct discussion between management and those participating in the webcast. Last year as I remember it, no direct participation was permitted from investors.
