From what I've seen in the past from this and other companies, you can demand whatever you'd like, but the company will give what they choose to give. Last year the company asked for questions to be submitted, but they didn't answer each individually, rather they consolidated all that was sent and essentially commented on what they choose to.

I don't know if people will be able to attend the meeting this year, or if it will be by webcast, or a hybrid permitting both, when I spoke with DI he didn't know either. I believe the greatest advantage people have in actually attending the meeting isn't at the meeting at all, it's generally before and after the meeting when you can speak one on one with the key people at the company, that's not available to those on webcast.

Anyone can get the record of what's said officially at the meeting, it's generally provided within hours and includes all issues that are voted on and their outcome. I hope people can attend live, as that's where the one on one opportunities exist.

Many years ago a fellow investor in IMGN attended their presentation at ASCO, that was later put on the website. Attending the meeting was of little advantage, but after the meeting he was invited to their reception, that was where the real advantage was. Not only did he meet many from the company, they had a Q & A session as well, and he came away with a nice polo shirt they were giving to all that joined in that afternoon. He recorded some of what was said and that really gave more insight as to what the company was doing and planning than the actual ASCO presentation. I had previously attended road shows with the CEO and that too proved worthwhile. I can't say that anything that was said or done was information that wasn't publicly available, but speaking with the people doing it gives a greater belief in what's being done than hearing it on webcast or reading it in print.

I would hope that anyone in the area would choose to attend the meeting live, and stick around and meet people. Some major investors may spend thousands to attend, at this time I'd rather buy more stock than fly coach cross country for a meeting. When we're trading in double digit's I'd love to see investors plan a vacation that includes taking in the Annual Meeting and several days of partying together at a nearby resort and go first class, or perhaps charter, all the way.
