False, approximately 14,000 sqft of 88,000 sqft are leased to sawston at twice the base rate of the master lease.


Most of the facility is just shell warehouse. The GMP 1A space and planned 1B space is what Advent has under long term lease. NWBO has put $10's millions into leasholder improvements in it and it is under long term lease for $330k/year.

The arrangement is in the best interest of NWBO, imo.


IMO, it will be in the best interest of LP. And her 3% ownership stake in NWBO is chump change compared to her percent in Advent.
