Like you, I would vote for an increase in the share count if that is what is needed to move forward towards approval. I am not sure what drives a shareholder to vote against their best interest.



Im happy to see that as I estimate 75% of retailers voting will vote against an increase of A/S. Also every shareholder NOT voting is a NO vote as well. They will NEVER get the 510 million shares needed to vote yes under present circumstances which is a positive and good thing. And they know it.
