Exactly,... if the company sits around waiting to be bought, and allowing it's sales and other staff to become lazy, that buyout will be targeted at a company that is not making itself viable.
The way to do this is to go all out for a GIA success, and if anybody want to buy, they'll have to come up with the money to buy a VIABLE company.

now with the company hiring several new executives to shore up the launch of its oral lupus nephritis medication, Lupkynis, a buyout now seems like a long shot.
