This isn't my first biotech and others have been roughly as secretive as NWBO. I do believe they're telling us what they can without getting into trouble with others that they must deal with.

It may be that companies have more fear of agencies like the FDA and SEC than they should, but as long as they do, they'll act to not irritate the authorities, even if they're not certain of what the do, or don't want.

The first CEO of IMGN used to chat with investors on Silicon Investor till the SEC put a stop to it, I believe he got a major fine for doing so. I don't believe he ever divulged anything that was truly proprietary information, but the possibility made it an SEC violation. People like DI have to be equally careful when working with investors that what they discuss is public knowledge. Most of the time I've spoken with such people I can't say I learned anything that others didn't know, but it gave me a feeling of confidence about the company.
