Dave didn't confirm it specifically, but he indicated that many of our questions will be answered when the Journal comes out and the company is free to discuss what they're doing with investors.

I didn't discuss it with Dave, but in other companies I've seen them host a Science Day Webcast after technical information was released so that all investors could learn what's happening. It was called a Day, but rarely was over 2 hours, and Analysts and sometimes individual investors could ask questions directly to some of the key scientists at the company. I believe this sort of presentation could be an excellent way of communicating with all investors and if it can legally be done by other companies, it should be legal for NWBO to do it. The key is all are free to join the conference and afterwards it's available for all on the company website so it can't be considered inside information.

I would hate to see an Annual Meeting before the Journal is out as it would have to be done while in the quiet period. If they determine they must do it this way, I'd still support increasing the authorized shares as I believe it's necessary even if they cannot speak freely with us about all that's happening. I don't doubt that they'll face far greater resistance if they must do it that way, but there has to be a point where they really need the financing that such a vote allows. It's been pointed out here, not from DI, that existing options that cannot be completed until more shares are authorized could bring in the funds that are needed immediately, so it's very possible they could wait on either a new offering or partnership which would also require the additional share to be authorized. I don't know what they'll be asking for, but if it were me, 2 billion shares should give them the financial freedom they need to operate for a significant time.
