In speaking with Dave I it was clear that the company will release all that it can when they're free to do so. Their hands are tied in many ways.

On the subject of the Annual Meeting DI made it clear that they can only wait so long for the Journal, but if they must they'll hold it without the Journal and they'll still be in the quiet period. He also made it clear that all that's discussed at the Annual Meeting has to be materials that's either previously been released, or is released simultaneous to the meeting.

The company is working very hard to get things done and it's clear that the U.K. will be first, it wasn't clear just how far behind the U.K. other regulators will be. I believe that much will become clear once we get the Journal, but I don't believe anyone knows how much longer that will be.
