I think they are doing the give me the shares back or we will see you in court! SPQS may offer these shareholders "get lost money" meaning instead of paying lawyers just pay the shareholder and get the shares back. (Thats what they did on HIRU)

Take a look ADHC HIRU and FTWS all 3 co ex management issued lots of phantom shares and the MZ guy took them both to court (Jurys still out on ADHC and FTWS)

I think same fate awaits SPQS shareholder who got the unpaid shaes! Just IMO as an observer and from what I can tell.
