Thanks for the replies everyone. Always nice to see actual people with actual minds helping others out. Im not scared; just researching. Ive been very confident in past investments and lost money confidently too :)

So am I wrong with my DD? I thought a reverse merger was occurring here and that SRNW was going to become part of another company which, ultimately would give us more shares, but the share price would drop to .05 or whatever the multiplication factor for the split gives us.
