Hello. Im an average investor with some experience with a couple questions prior to investing here.

If a reverse merger may occur, couldn't we just wait to buy in until after the RM and buy in for .05 or whatever it may be at the time?

My thought is, if you buy 425 shares now at ~$2.35 and this thing flops, you're out $1000.
But if you wait to see if the RM occurs, and it does occur, and the new price starts out at .05 post RM, yes you will have to pay slightly more for 425 shares, but at least you'll know that this is legit, that the RM occurred, and that more than likely the price will continue to climb from .05 as new, average investors like me can afford to buy at .05.

Let me know if my thinking is wrong here.
