I really believe we've got to be getting very close. The ability to generate funds may ultimately force their hands if the Journal isn't out. It's clear that they need to boost the share price before a new offering and that requires news as well as the shareholders authorization for more shares, I don't think they can do that while maintaining a quiet period. With or without a Journal they can issue the official TLD Statement, with that they'll also be able to tell us the status of many other things and if we're clearly closing in on filing for approvals I believe we'll see substantial price growth. I hope they can get the Journal before, but barring some other funding vehicle they need to get the Annual Meeting done soon.
