I know you have reservations with the risks you've identified; Lawsuit, Private Placements, Moonlighting, public exposure.

Those risks are or aren't within your tolerances nothing wrong with buy hold sell trade or short it.

Lawsuit perspective from me is there is 0 worst case scenario that stops company progress.

Private Placements are much better than dilution, we are prerevenue and it's the name of the game. You know who is footing the bill.

When Dr. Burba went full-time IBAT it appears it was progress related and he left Molycorp around that time (Mar 2021). He has also been able to work on and get approved many patents, some outside of IBAT (see terralithium with Dr. Harrison). The equipment is capable of all brine types. Some have stated he's testing multiple brines for compatibility while I speculate he's testing to gather his data to extract from each specific brine with future units.

Dr. Burba stated himself he is about performance and execution, the technology will speak for itself as it relates to PR and exposure.
