Sid. You make it seem that a buyout is a simple endeavor! Boy do I wish it was? But, a potential buyer has to see more than just potential and Patents! A few billion $'s isn't Candy Store money you know!! So, there is a lot of dissecting going on behind the scenes like proving the Compounds are safe and NR2F6 is really all that it is projected to be? Then they would like to see how it does in the real Market world, maybe by assessing how and where the Pancreas Vaccine or Therapy is doing or going, which would be somewhat of a good indicator without anything else to look at right now!

In any case, the next year or so will tell us where RGBP is going! I am pretty sure that a number of Buyout inquiries have been made, but I wouldn't say that serious negotiations are going on at this time? It is probably wait and see more than anything else! BUT, just one MAJOR breakthrough can change all that in a hurry! IMO
