Thanks, I wish things were looking better from where I stand but next ER I'm not looking forward to.
Just want to clear up a few things that I keep seeing. Once your drug goes generic almost all sales and marketing stops so they are doing the right thing here in the US.
Far as AG is concerned that will hurt AMRN and you won't be seeing it for reasons I won't get into but mainly you will have to know what the acquisition cost is for a generic. Hikma, Apotex, DR, (any generic for that matter) have a very different business model than a branded company. They all literally have hundreds of products to sell, it's ok to make just. a few dollars selling a bottle, whereas for Amarin this is their one and only product, how long do you think they will stay in business if they only made 2-3 dollars for every bottle of AG they sell?
