I don't believe those numbers and neither does
the majority of Americans that love this country. Besides you never were good at math.
Biden's approval was 33% this morning. But he could improve in two years if he lasts that long. It's possible. Unlikely but possible. Trump however will have four years to improve his numbers.
Here's Biden's numbers from the NYT so it must be true. They never lie or mislead.
