Response from CEO, I asked if it was ok to share and he gave permission... lots of goodies here.

Hello Steve, thanks for the kind remarks you know I was really pulling for the group that took over, but it just didn't work for a number of reasons. It wasn't my chose to take it back, but I felt for the sake of all the other shareholders like yourself and others that have hung in there, I Had to do something.? but just to let you know the Smart Road Turtle project is still moving forwards, so not to worry. 

Also, I have decided to continue with my original plan which is to turn PMPG into a holding company somewhat like my Private Equity Fund, Old Sawmill Partners  that is to add new companies and investments to Our portfolio so that we aren't dependent on anyone sector and we can return income to the shareholders on a continual basis and tax advantaged dividends /return of capital.

We also will hope to better interact with Shareholders keeping them informed as best we can. Just to put it out there
this will take time, but We have engaged a new Accountant and Auditor and Legal Counsel and once filings are up to date, which will include the 10k's and other needed filings that are required we will do a 15c211 to get the Company back trading also, the company will seek to Claw back any erroneous share issuances. This should be doable within the next 90 days.

Once we get this going, we will put out a press release to the Shareholders which will lay out Our plans moving forwards, this should be in the next week or so.  Thanks Again for your kind remarks and I look forward to working with everyone in the future. My best Regards    Terry
