The Battery Lab, part of the Michigan Materials Research Institute, was developed by U-M in cooperation with the Michigan Economic Development Corporation and Ford Motor Company.

With Ford starting in part the U-M lab I'm sure if Coretec has anything of value Ford will be one of the first to know. Im sure the Lab is set up to help Ford to secure next gen. batteries. Exciting to see these kind connections ! Evonik isn't a bust for they will still supply Coretec the remainder of what they own in CHS which will be integral to Coretec success going forward. Start ups always move to the next step in R&D which will always invite new companies in on the equation to getting a product to market.More importantly Evonik was the company Coretec spoke of as a lg European chemical company they were working with years ago to get a process developed for CHS to scale it up successfully which Coretec was successful at doing . That was a huge step without which there would be no CHS.Thank you Evonik and Ramez Elgammel for that . The named Evonik much later as a partner and it has been a resounding success to work with Evonik for Coretec . They stated they were looking at Chemical companies in Europe a while back who knows what's next but Coretec management is on target and knows what they are doing !!
