GENERAL QUESTION ABOUT S8's: If the CEO of one of these turds has an S8, what does that mean? My main question is: Does that mean he is selling those shares in the open market? Am I buying the CEO's shares? How does this S8 thing work? (normally trade off charts, so not an expert in s8 filings) thanks
