Key word is "holders" of the majority of outstanding shares. NOT the total outstanding shares!!

??? How / what do you mean?

If the outstanding shares is 400M (rounded number in this case): how many holders - acc. to you exist?

a.) Is it 400M (inc. - e.g. - Sarissa as 24M holders)?
or
b.) Is it different number? (Please explain)
