DEIRDRE demanded this in lieu of Chanboned having to post a HUGE bond during lawsuit pendency to ensure she getts first dibbs on the residue and remainder ducats, if any, at the termination of the lawsuit(s) - so Billy does nott take them all if he looses re: her arbitration award (if upheld). Nice move, as it prmarily benefits DEIRDRE butt is paid from the escrowed residue and remainder in the pott from which Chanboned and UOIP, CBV, and DEIRDRE will draw post-verdict and then post-appeals (there may be several - including even during the pendency of the case-in-chief at the trial court level). And DEIRDRE will also plead for INNEREST during the case.
So it will be drained dry by then (years ~OUTT). BEAUTIFUL!!!! All funds to the legal biz.
The legal biz is just a boffo biz at the higher levels. Nott in DaGutter wiff Radar and the Realtor, butt i the AmLaw200. It is just a fabuloso biz. Way better than orthopedic surgery - easier and more remunerative - butt nott as good as being an A-list Hollyweird actor or a MLB pitcher or NBA power forward starter. Butt less work - so there is that solace. And your pitching/billing arm never getts sore or a rotator cuff tear.
