Are you telling me you would actually need a "full heartbeat's worth of time" to make that decision? hehe
I refuse to believe that anyone in their right mind (or in any other state of mind for that matter) would actually turn down a $2000 per share offer today. Talk about being "greedy"!

Me personally I would take it in a heartbeat and invest or keep 1,000 share if possible in the acquiring company. Others may want to see the science play out in helping humanity and that may not have a financial value cap.
