The question is, what is the tangible value of WDHI? The market right now is pricing it at .27 as the announcement added only .09 to HNRC pps (.09 x 3 = .27).
If the book value of WDHI is anywhere near $5.00 a share they would be better off liquidating and paying shareholders a cash dividend. Even a $1.00 cash dividend declaration would put the pps of HNRC over $1.15 per share and if HNRC needed to dilute they would be much better off doing it at $1.15 then .25 where it is now.
