Shells and low floater are so out of favor, I have never seen something like this before over such a long time (many months now). This one is both, as long as they keep filing and keeping themselves current which they do right now, I can only wait and buy cheapies, to see whether they come up with a good merger, as we have done on a dozen other shells in the past, sometimes takes a long time, as you said it's absurd with 6 million float to be at 012 but if nobody cares about anything anymore then that's what you get.
